a minute and 5 in is why i love hockey
Carlson you will be great in the Caps system (and your brother at NU too).
knitting post
er. that never happened. whoops. maybe i’ll be a better blogger this year.
post intended
ok, so i’ll have a knitting post tomorrow, but to keep myself entertained since no one reads this thing,
yarn
seems i always post about yarn that i bought and hardly enough on hand knits. sigh. grad school, hockey, writing papers= no time to knit! least at hockey tomorrow i’ll be knitting at the game.
caps are going to play the sharks, so exciting! joe thornton and my caps under one roof (insert puckybunny scream). i do hope the caps pants the sharks though, after last seasons fiasco. though the two teams meet twice this season so its not like this is the caps only chance.
so here are some yarn photos!

a promtional post
not that anyone reads my blog anyways so its okay to post this.
judy and i are trying to get this thing going and to make it popular, cause well we think it’ll be fun…..
so yeah if you like hockey, and want to meet more hockey people..come on down!
Stash enhancements!
Its a long due update and I can finally post the yarn I acquired this summer.
First some Wollmeise! This one is Poison No. 5 Wild Thing.

and regular 80/20 superwash in “we’re different”

and 3 new vesper skeins!!!!
creamsicle
moondance
simply blue
and two striping yarntinis! lemon drop and blue hawaiian

I also finished Matt’s socks in STR Valkyrie, and it took all but like one yard of the entire skein to complete! Phew!

I did finish the baby sweater for my new nephew but forgot to photograph it.
Its to big for a newborn but he’ll grow into it and my brother will take a photo of him in it.
finally watched twilight
i have to say its a very cheesy, made for teen movie. but i cant help but have a crush on edward! i have the book, which i should have read first, but i think i will be reading that next once i get off my butt. i just hope i can finish it before i start grad school cause i know that’ll take up most my reading time. tomorrow will be a knitting post hopefully! i finished the size 13 socks for matt, and got some new yarn in the mail and started the hockey sweater for my soon to be born nephew (any day now, kiddo).
